Enjoy our stay. Lovely hotel

Nice hotel. Lovely staff and facilities nice and clean. Location suited us nice and quiet area with a bus close by every 15 minutes into Alicante centre for 1.45.

The beach near hotel under works so not tourist friendly at the moment

Nice hotel in good location with eqsy access to city center by public transport

Nice looking building, good location, good public access to city center and San Juan beach. Every room has balcony. Delicious food in restaurant and staff really helpful

Friendly staff

Was being refurbished during stay which meant swimming pool and outdoor facilities were not possible to use. No space to do self yoga practice.

Pleasant and relaxing stay

The hotel is located a bit distant from the city centre. But there is a bus stop just 1 minute walk; the bus reaches the centre in 15 min. A benefit is that nearby the hotel starts an area of small romantic beaches, some of them sandy, others of rocks; so if you don't like crowds, that's you place. The staff is friendly, rooms - clean, food - breakfast and dinner - tasty and enough, with fruit from the season, fish and vegetables.

Great stay

Location was great, very clean, staff very kind and professional, good breakfast, all we needed.

Cleaning was done only in the last day, so no visits in between from Housekeeping which was disappointing as we actually needed a clean bath mat.

The hotel itself is well laid out. Staff are friendly. The addition of your own balcony. Room is airy and comfortable.

Location is in a quiet residential area. Sea is only a short walk but there isn't any beach there. You have to take the bus, which is easy enough but an inconvenience. Breakfast only offered pork meat.

Overall good but just the bed situation that was slightly disappointing

Breakfast - plenty of variety. Very clean, good facilities, friendly staff

We went on holiday as a couple and I requested a double bed but we had two single beds pushed together, not really ideal for a holiday. They weren't even fastened together so moved to create a big gap between them every 5 mins ! Shame pool was closed but I expect that was listed somewhere on the website and we missed it.

Stay here. Ty ou will love it.

Small hotel. Friendly staff. Good welcome. Plenty of information at reception including maps. Handy for Metro. 1.45 Euros. Breakfast was really good. The room had a view of the sea which was lovely. You can start a coastal walk to Alicante from the front of the hotel. 1hr 15mins. The wine was lovely and very reasonably priced. There are some amazing restaurants 10 mins away near the metro station. One tapas place on the roundabout near metro was great and VERY Spanish.

Nothing. We wanted to be out of the main Alicante and this fit the bill. Some improvement work going on in the hotel but I regard this as positive.

Great location, comfort, excellent staff, breakfast and restaurant, easy near by public transport, close both to city centre and to the beaches zone. Would return. Highly recommend

Would like a closed wardrobe and some drawers. Otherwise the room is very spacious and comfortable.

Staff was attentive and polite Check-in and check-out was fast enough and at very comfortable times Bottled water was provided on arrival Breakfast was amazing - tasty coffee and good choice of other drinks, and yummy stuff Room was without any extraneous odours/smells; the room was exactly as on the pictures, however small but still comfortable The room had a balcony overlooking the entire garden, providing a very intimate atmosphere despite being on the first floor The place appeared to be very quiet and comfortable, and the entire green garden, with evergreen palms and other flora, and singing birds, added an 'eco' label to our stay
